We received your complaint letter last 23 July 2008. We appreciate it in the way that it helps the company to be more attentive and concern about our products.

Your concern was about the malfunction of the program of the applications in the computer units. We assume that it has to do with the hardware in the motherboard which has a destroyed pieces of electronic materials. For your convenience we will just replace it with a new motherboard so that it will function again well and better. We appreciate your approach to us for this reason because it helps the company to be more careful with the quality of our products. We will try our best not to happen this again. We will be more strict for the final inspection of the product and make sure that it is ready and in a good state before distributing it.

The company really learns a lot about your feedback which has a great impact for the development of our products.
