Dear Mr. Dimagiba:

The DONSKI Internet Café received the two units of computer that was delivered last July 20 at 10 o'clock in the morning. It has a Ng Khai brand name with serial no. A1-B2-C3.

DONSKI Internet Café had put up the two computer units that we bought from your company on the day it was delivered. It was functioning well for the following days. We don't have any problem dealing with it because it process well the software and hardware are working great. Suddenly, after two days we had experienced some problems regarding the unit. For sometimes the applications in the software or the program itself had an error in opening it.

DONSKI Internet Café decided to approach your company about the problem of this computer units which were bought recently. We would like to ask a request from your company to offer us some necessary actions regarding to the computer units.
